"Absolute garbage agency - canceled three policies after five months! Prior to moving to OKC I had State Farm insurance for about 10 years in various states. After being “serviced” by this agency for only 5 months I had really no choice but to terminate my policy as I had certain items that they could not insure in a timely manner. My emails would go unanswered for weeks and when they were returned there was a generic response along the line of “I pushed this to the underwriters, but we might need more information.” Again, I’ve been with State Farm for years and have never had any issues with adding items to my policy until this agency. No one here wants to work, they just want your residuals. I don’t think they know that their competition can make changes to my policy starting the next day. Who would wait weeks when I can make changes in hours? After I canceled I was issued three refunds for each of the remaining balances on the policies I had. Now, a month later, they sent me a letter stating I owe them money. If I owed you money, why would you issue me a refund?? The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing in this agency. Lastly, I never heard a peep from Jeremy when I moved my policy to his agency, most professional men and women would appreciate your business and the chance to retain your business - not Jeremy. When I canceled, he didn’t reach out either. I’m not sure he even exists, because himself nor his employees know how to service policyholders."
